 We are spring manufacturer established in Osaka, Japan 62 years ago. Our clients are more than 150(we offer over 4000 kinds of product a year).  We solve problems of clients by offering various kinds of springs, from simple forms to intricate forms (torsion spring, wire forming ,etc) , which is made of from simple materials to special materials (INCONEL・titanium・hastelloy, SUS316L,etc）, from diameter of wire 0.1mm to 90mm. Spring we offer is used for automobile, home electrical appliance, valve, and so on.

ケーブルハンガー	Left photo is one of our representative product "cable hanger" which is used on electric wire. We have mass-produced it over seven hundred thousand a year from 1999. In 1999, mass-producing large intricate spring by 3 dimensional bending technique was difficult, so it has been  our representative product even now.
匠の技	Looking at left photo, do you think it of "simple spring" ? In actually, proficient skills is hidden. Two hands from coils points inner, but usually points outer(in addition edge face is cutted at a tilt).Proficient skills make mass-producing quickly it come true.

We make effort to Introducing one-stop service and automated manufacturing process, for example connecting bending machine to furnace which can make thermally processed automated (left photo) and self-manufacture of polishing（center photo). Automated manufacturing process(ex.thermally processed) and self-manufacture of polishing make cost down come true. We also make effort to improve quality by setting graphical measurement machine based on computure(right photo)
